Katy Perry performs with Right Bat drawing Left Shark comparisons at Women’s Cricket World Cup Final

Katy Perry made meme history when she performed alongside dancers in shark costumes at the Super Bowl halftime show in 2015.

On Sunday, fans were once again left bemused when the singer took to the stage at the Women’s Cricket World Cup Final in Melbourne flanked by giant, glittering lady cricket bats, who danced merrily behind her.

The 35-year-old, who is six months pregnant, wore a pink girl-power themed costume, before changing into a purple mini-dress – both times getting jiggy with the girly bat dancers.
