Australian K-pop star Rosé of girl group Blackpink stuns as the new global face of Saint Laurent
Roseanne Park, better known by her stage name Rosé, is the new global face of Saint Laurent.
The Australian K-pop star, who is a member of the South Korean girl group Blackpink, was unveiled as the new face of the luxury fashion house’s Fall 2020 campaign.
‘So honored to be a part of this,’ the 23-year-old wrote on Instagram after sharing the campaign with her 25 million followers.

Rosé and her Blackpink bandmates have become powerhouses in the fashion and beauty industry since their debut in 2016.
Lalisa ‘Lisa’ Manoban was recently named the new face of French luxury brand CELINE’s new collection.
Meanwhile, Jenny Kim is an ambassador for Chanel Beauty, while Kim Jisoo has a similar deal with Dior Beauty.

Blackpink recently returned with their new single, How You Like That.
The track has been a huge success so far, racking up a record-breaking 82 million views on YouTube in the first 24 hours.
It also topped the iTunes charts in more than 60 countries, including the Unites States.

The K-pop quartet recently collaborated with Lady Gaga on the track Sour Candy, which debuted at No. 8 on the ARIA singles chart.
The track is now the highest charting song from a Korean group in Australia. The record was previously held by BTS and Halsey’s Boy With Luv, which peaked at No. 10 last week.
Although the group is South Korean, Rosé was born in New Zealand and raised in Melbourne.

She was still a teenager attending Canterbury Girls’ Secondary College when she was discovered after acing a local audition for Korean entertainment agency YG Entertainment.
The budding songstress then relocated to Seoul, where she took singing, dancing, and language lessons for several years before debuting with Blackpink in late 2016.
The group are currently working on a new full-length album, which will be released later this year.
