The 41-year-old looked sensational as she slipped into an athletic all-black ensemble to get in her steps for the day.

Allison joined co-host Karl for his much-anticipated return to breakfast TV earlier this year.
Karl had been sacked from the program in late 2018, before being rehired due to plummeting ratings.
While Allison has been making waves on-air, it recently emerged that she and gold-toothed rapper Jesse ‘Sunset’ Willesee are cousins-in-law.

Allison is married to television executive Michael Willesee Jr., who is the son of the late Australian journalist Mike Willesee.
Mike’s brother, Terry, also a respected journalist and TV presenter, is Jesse’s father.
