Former Home and Away and The Voice star Mark Furze covers his shaved head with blonde wig and beret as he embraces his feminine side

Mark Furze was getting in touch with his feminine side on Sunday. 

The former Home and Away star, who recently appeared on The Voice, donned a blonde wig and a beret in an amusing Instagram image. 

The synthetic curls fell around the 34-year-old’s bearded face, cascading from beneath his red cap.

The star, who normally sports a shaved head, appeared to be in a dressing room, and was wearing a black shirt with a floral design. 

The actor and singer captioned the photo: ‘Bonjour Betch. I’m a classy, bougie, ratchet savage.’ 

Mark was eliminated from The Voice during the semi-final, losing out to fellow Team Kelly member Chris Sebastian.

The performer first rose to fame as Eric ‘Ric’ Dalby – who was the grandson of Alf Stewart, played by Ray Meagher – in 2004. 

He starred alongside the likes of Chris Hemsworth, Isabel Lucas and Sharni Vinson, before leaving the soap in 2008. 

The actor landed a role in TV series Underbelly: The Golden Mile in 2010, and Australian film A Heartbeat Away in 2011.

The star ventured to the US for several years, but wasn’t able to make it big in Hollywood. 

Mark later turned his attention to his music and his band, Falcon Road, later appearing on the Voice.  

He is happily married to model Laural Barrett.
