Tara Reid has denied that she approached Nicole Kidman to star in her upcoming film in a comment on Instagram as she teased a potential project with Jedward.
The Sharknado star, 45, recently left a comment on Nicole’s Instagram, asking her to follow Tara so she could tell her about the film.
Speaking to FUBAR Radio’s Access All Areas, Tara insisted that she is not the only person who has access to her account and so ‘doesn’t think’ she wrote to Nicole, 53.

She said: ‘I don’t think I did. Because I think I’m not the only one who controls my Instagram. So, there’s a couple of people that do it. Do you know what I mean?’
When asked by hosts Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng if The Undoing star had replied, Tara said: ‘I haven’t read anything yet on private messages. So, I don’t think so. So who knows.’
Nicole had posted a photo of herself sitting on a balcony in New York City, with Tara leaving a comment reading: ‘You are truly amazing in everything you do.
‘I’ve [been] a huge fan forever. Hopefully one day we can work together soon,’ she continued.

According to Deadline, Masha’s Mushrooms is a suspenseful thriller that tells the story of a workaholic mother, played by Tara, who tries to throw the perfect party for her daughter.
However, in a shocking turn of events all the guests at the party are mysteriously drugged and must figure out what’s real and what is a hallucination in order to survive the night.

The actress hit it off with the former X Factor stars when they were housemates on Celebrity Big Brother in 2011.
The trio later appeared in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! and Tara revealed they may work together again in the future.
She said: ‘Oh yeah! I’d put them in my movies for sure. They are really talented. I mean, not just in singing.

‘You know, John plays the guitar and, you know, Edward and John both write the lyrics. They make all their own music.’
Tara has been keeping busy during the year working on her new film, but admits she was often left distracted when Jedward joined her during lockdown.
She said: ‘This house was crazy. You hear them singing and playing the guitar, and my boyfriend at the computer doing deals.
‘I was on the phone, like, negotiating stuff for this new movie called Masha’s Mushroom that I’m doing. So this house was a nut house. People are like so lonely and bored and I’m like, “I’m going crazy!”‘

Elsewhere, Tara discussed reality TV and insisted she has no plans to ever appear on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! despite being asked numerous times, saying: ‘No bugs and spiders for me… Definitely no no.’
The American Pie star also revealed that she won’t be making an appearance in Dancing With The Stars or Strictly Come Dancing any time soon either.
She said: ‘They’ve asked me to do it a bunch of times too. I’m not the best dancer so I don’t know if I want to go there and look like a fool.
‘If I don’t need to do it, I’m not going to do it until, unless I had to do it or something. But hopefully we won’t have to go there.’
