Jade Goody’s model son Bobby Brazier turns to life-coaching

Jade Goody’s oldest son added another string to his bow on Thursday evening by sharing his first life coaching video with social media followers. 

Already making an impact as a fashion model, Bobby Brazier – the late Big Brother star’s son with TV presenter Jeff Brazier – opted to use his growing social media presence for ‘the right reasons’ by filming an inspiring monologue for his followers. 

Captioning the near eight minute film, he wrote: ‘I thought I would use my platform for the right reasons and dish out a bit of insight that has helped me, with the intention to help and inspire you lot. 

‘Thank you for watching, if you watched the whole thing it shows you that you are ready to grow. I’d be grateful if you could share this with someone who may benefit from it.’

Shot inside the Brazier family kitchen, the video finds 17-year old Bobby offering valuable life lessons, tips on how to stay positive in lockdown and an insight into strict daily routine – including daily workouts at 5am.

Addressing the camera, he said: ‘People have seen the difference in me and they’ve been asking me how do I stay so positive and how do I stay on top.

‘So today that’s what this video’s about – how do I stay on top of my s*** in lockdown, in general, and just be positive? Which I think can talk about because I’ve had a lot of life experience for one. 

‘I’ve grown through my insecurities, my wanting to fit in stage. I know what the real world is about, do you know what I mean? I’ve seen a lot of it and I’ve experienced a lot of things that I’ve had to grow through.’ 

With a glimpse at his exhausting routine, he added: ‘Every morning I make the choice that I’m going to have a  good day, so what I like to do to make me feel like I’ve succeeded before seven o’clock is I like to set my alarm for five o’clock, out of bed, shower – a cold shower – in my clothes for half five then exercise at half five til six, then I’ll meditate at six. Meditation is so important.’ 

Titled ‘Growth Mindset. How I stay positive,’ the video also included useful tips on how to use social media appropriately, with Bobby drawing on his own experiences with Instagram. 

‘How many times have you heard social media is no good for your head? It’s doing you no favours,’ he said. 

‘Sometimes I will post a picture and I’ll count the likes I get by minute and if it’s over a 100 likes a minute that’ll give me a little something, but that’s all b***ocks. It’s funny, because it’s so silly. 

‘People get satisfaction or peace of mind through other people giving that to them on social media, which isn’t even real. It’s not good for your head if you’re using it in a bad way.’

Bobby, who lives with his father Jeff, 41, brother Freddie, 16, and stepmother Kate, previously told The Sun how he believes mum Jade ‘would love’ him ‘trying my best to make something of my life’ after carving out a career as a model. 

He said: ‘Like every boy, you want to think your mum would be proud of you.

‘I hope she’s looking down on me and smiling, probably laughing, thinking, “Look at Bobby lying in a field in his designer gear”.’
