Lauren Phillips is pictured for the first time with older boyfriend Paul O’Brien

Channel Nine’s Lauren Phillips reportedly started dating multimillionaire private jet tycoon Paul O’Brien last year.

And the couple were spotted together for the first time on Monday as they stepped out for a morning walk in Byron Bay.

Lauren and Paul all but confirmed their romance as they soaked in the fresh air and idyllic surroundings during their leisurely stroll.

The pair happily chatted as they got their post-Christmas steps in.

The Weekend Today weather presenter showed off her toned legs in high-cut purple shorts and an oversized P.E Nation T-shirt.

She went makeup free and styled her brunette hair in a no-fuss ponytail.

She completed her outfit with Nike sneakers and black socks. 

Paul, meanwhile, opted for an all-black ensemble comprising a T-shirt and shorts, and finished things off with white ankle socks and Asics trainers.

Their relationship first made headlines late last year. 

Paul, who previously dated Sunrise host Sam Armytage, runs high-end aviation business AVMIN. His celebrity clients include Matt Damon and Chris Hemsworth.

The pair began dating in mid-2020 when Lauren was living in Melbourne.

But when Victoria’s second wave of coronavirus took hold in July, the bubbly TV presenter relocated to Byron Bay.

There, she reportedly moved in with Paul while continuing to work as Weekend Today’s weather presenter.

Lauren was previously married to television producer Lachlan Spark, but they split in 2018 after just one year of marriage. 

They had dated for six years before tying the knot on the Mornington Peninsula.
