Arsenal are reportedly set to strengthen their interest in Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma.

With Granit Xhaka reportedly close to signing for Roma, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is looking to improve his midfield.

As reported by 90min, Bissouma, who has been heavily linked with a move to the Gunners, is Arsenal’s main midfield target.

The 24-year-old has established himself as one of Brighton’s star players with some excellent performances.

Liverpool and Leicester are also said to be tracking Bissouma.

Bissouma is capable of breaking up play effectively and also has good technique in addition to being an effective passer. 

Arsenal have also been linked with a move for one of Bissouma’s Brighton team-mates, defender Ben White.
