You might recall how Soares Dias was the referee who showed Dani Ceballos a second yellow in Arsenal’s Europa League semi-final first leg, before dismissing Villarreal’s Etienne Capoue in that same game — both of which were correct calls.
Soares Dias oversaw Wales’ 2-0 win over Turkey in Baku last week. Now he’s in town to walk out at Wembley.
