Tiffany revealed that she can now do ‘three to seven’ pushups and say it’s ‘a huge improvement’ from before when she would get ‘really sick’ if she tried to exercise.

Emma explained that concentrating on the smaller steps is the key in Tiffany’s struggle.

‘Chronic fatigue can change your life and ruin your life. But the quicker we can turn around the internal story that Tiff was telling herself, and pick up the focus off the illness, we can put it on what Tiff can do,’ she said.

‘Somedays for Tiff, what she could do is she could just breathe and count her breath and that’s something so small, yet so powerful. It gave her a break from all of those internal stories that are keeping her stuck,’ Emma added.

The best part about Tiffany’s recovery was when she was able to play in the park again with her young son Arnold, three.

The celebrity trainer believes that ability has given her the ‘confidence’ to continue pushing forward and ‘achieve other goals’ while bravely battling her illness.
