He’s the go-to personal trainer for dozens of celebrities in Australia who want to maintain their sizzling physiques. 

And on Sunday, Jono Castano flaunted his own chiseled body on Instagram, as he put on an eye-popping display while wearing a pair of tight briefs in the gym.

The 30-year-old showed off his impressive washboard abs and bulky thighs in the post, which he captioned ‘Mood’.

The fitness guru stuck his tongue out for the cheeky snap, while putting his middle finger up to the camera. 

The sizzling locker-room selfie sent his 679k followers into a frenzy, with one writing: ‘Bulging all over obviously,’ while a second added: ‘That looks heavy.’

Others appeared to have played closer attention to the image, noticing that Castano may have been wearing his boxers on backwards.

‘Are they on back to front as I think I see a label? I’m so confused right now, but not unpleasantly so x,’ one wrote, to which he candidly laughed: ‘Good spotting! I actually don’t even know to be honest.’

The ripped hunk has become very well-known in the fitness circuit, due to him helping Hollywood starlet Rebel, 41, lose over 30kg over the last year.

He has since gone on to train with an array of celebrities including Candice Warner, Michael Clarke and Charlotte Crosby.

Previously speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Jono unveiled his top three fitness tips on how to keep motivated while in lockdown. 

‘It’s all about creating the balance,’ he explained.

‘There’s different tips I share with my clients, but at Acero [his fitness company] we are all about the balance. I encourage people to have as much fun as possible.

Meanwhile, for those looking to lose weight, Jono recommends documenting fitness goals on social media and ‘moving’ at least 45 minutes a day.

His approach promotes a ‘#45Daily’ idea, which involves working out for 45 minutes and rethinking how you move.

‘If you’re trying to lose weight, I would recommend more repetitions rather than less, and focusing on 120 heartbeats up and trying to maintain that throughout the whole session.’
