He was announced as Australia’s new Bachelor on Tuesday night.

And on Wednesday morning, Survivor star Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert joined KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie ‘O’ Show for his first interview ahead of his stint on the popular dating program.

During the wide-ranging chat, the 30-year-old cheekily spoke about the size of his manhood and his desire to find a woman to marry and have children with.

‘I want to find someone I can marry’: Survivor star-turned 2020 Bachelor Locky Gilbert spoke about being ‘well hung’ and reveals what type of woman he is looking for on the dating series during his first official Bachelor-related interview on Wednesday’s Kyle And Jackie O show

Reality TV aficionados will be very familiar with Locky as he appeared on the 2017 season of Australian Survivor, and the 2020 season of Australian Survivor: All Stars.

Locky, who hilariously parodied The Bachelor during his time on Survivor, said he jumped at the opportunity when approached ‘not too long ago’.

While he said he was open to creating personal connections with all the ladies in the mansion, the hunk claimed he wasn’t keen on dating people that were ’20 or something’.

‘I want to get married, have kids, everything,’ Locky said of his desire to find a woman who was serious about finding love on the show.

Locky also said contestants who passed on dates or chose to sit out of activities on the show would not favour well with him in rose ceremonies.

He said while his dates would most likely include high-adrenaline activities, his chosen girl didn’t necessarily need to be adventurous by nature to win his heart, just willing to give everything a go.

When he revealed he would likely be ‘a bit flirty and sexual’ on the dating series, stand-in radio host Beau Ryan asked if he was ‘well hung’.

Locky, who is 6ft 5in, joked with a cheeky grin: ‘It would be pretty weird if I wasn’t.’

Speaking honestly about why his previous romances have ended, he said it was because he’s ‘too excitable’.

‘I get an idea and I just run with it, I don’t really think about the consequences. If I want to go off on an expedition for three months, i’ll go do it,’ he explained.

‘I need to find someone to reign me in.’

While he denied The Bachelor had already started filming, Locky said his phone and computer had already been confiscated.

Daily Mail Australia understands unsuccessful contestants were contacted in late January ahead of filming.
