‘In a couple of weeks, when I start training again, I really want to get into yoga so that’s something I’m looking forward to.

‘I love variety, weights, barre and HIIT. I prefer short quick workouts. I’ll do my walk first thing in the morning and when Roman’s napping, I will phone one of my friends.

‘I prefer to workout half an hour every day or five to six days a week.’

Lucy admitted she took life for granted before lockdown.

‘There’s certain things I took for granted, like nipping out meeting a friend for coffee,’ she said.

‘The way we were living our lives, we do take a lot for granted.

‘There’s good days and bad days. Sometimes you think “this is so lovely. I’m having time with my family”, getting little jobs in the house that I haven’t had time to do before and then other days I feel a little bit down.

‘The days have merged into one especially when you have a couple of sleepless nights in a row. You don’t know what time it is or what day it is. It is amazing.

‘I think it’s about making that phone call to someone who will lift your spirits always helps or talking to someone in the house.

‘We have to think we’re the lucky ones, at home, isolating. There’s people out there working very, very hard and risking their lives.’
