Last year, when discussing his then upcoming album Fine Line, Harry opened up about how meditation became helpful to him, with Rolling Stone.

‘I think meditation has helped with worrying about the future less, and the past less,’ he said at the time. ‘It’s not always the easiest to go in a room and say, “I made a mistake and it made me feel like this, and then I cried a bunch.”‘

Adding: ‘But that moment where you really let yourself be in that zone of being vulnerable, you reach this feeling of openness. That’s when you feel like, “Oh, I’m fucking living, man.”‘

And as the coronavirus pandemic has kept him at home he again began relaying on meditation.

‘I meditate,’ he told Zane Lowe on Beats 1. ‘So I’ll meditate in the morning, and then have a coffee and do some reading to kind of just try to wake up a little bit.’

Harry has been open about his wellness routine, and previously revealed he was a fan of bullet proof coffee among other ways to care for himself.
