Channel Nine star Belinda Russell delighted fans on Monday when she revealed her toasted cheese sandwich hack.

The Today Extra host, 42, posted a video to Instagram explaining how she carefully cuts and folds the wrap to achieve a café-quality snack.

After laying down the filling for the wrap, Belinda makes a small cut in the bread from the centre to the outside edge.

She continues folding the wrap in a clockwise direction, after putting avocado, cheese, ham and tomato in each quarter.

Lifting from the cut edge, she pulls the ham over the avocado, then folds it over the cheese and then finally over the tomato.

She’s left with a triangular parcel which can be toasted easily in a sandwich press.

Belinda is best known for hosting Today Extra with David Campbell, and also has quite a significant following on video-sharing app TikTok.
