‘The kids also have grapes, oranges, strawberries, bananas and apples in the fridge to eat,’ she said.
The mum managed to make 108 serves of dinner or lunch meals which included potato and leek soup, pumpkin soup and sausage casserole.
She also made turkey pastay, sweet potato nachos and loaded Mexican potatoes for her family to enjoy.
She also made snacks for her family, putting together banana bread, cookies, muffins, overnight oats, pretzels and boiled eggs.
On top of that the organised mum bought enough fruit for smoothies for her family for 14 days including banana, watermelon and strawberries.
‘I only add one thing at a time to my smoothies so I can make 75,’ she said.
And people were amazed the mum was able to spend so little to feed her family.
‘That would cost $350-$400 where I live,’ one woman said.

Another commented on a picture of the mum’s vegetable haul and said it looked like $100 worth, not $30.
‘I’m in Tasmania, there’s no way I could feed my family of six with that amount of money. Why can’t we get good priced food here, I’d love to know that,’ another complained.
‘I just bought our food for the week. Single serves except four serves for dinners. All healthy mummy recipes and it was 200. Not sure how you got it so low but what I spent is actually a saving of what I’d normally spend,’ another wrote.

One eagle-eyed fan claimed the pictures were from 2017 so didn’t reflect current prices.
‘That mince is $11 now, old picture but still good info,’ one woman said.
Others complained their children wouldn’t eat most of the food the mum prepared.
‘This would be good but not ideal for me, as my kids wouldn’t eat most of these food so I couldn’t buy it,’ one mum said.
The Healthy Mummy website admitted the advice was old but said the free recipes were still good, even if the prices had gone up.
‘This article was written a few years ago, it’s actually quite scary how much the prices have changed,’ and admin for the site said.
