Amazon Australia has launched its massive Prime Day shopping event of the year, with prices slashed across tens of thousands of items.
Prime members can expect huge savings during the world’s ‘longest Prime Day’, with great deals on big ticket items, everyday household essentials, kitchen gadgets, electronics, beauty and fashion, pantry food, toys and video games.
The annual sale runs worldwide from Monday, June 21 to 11.59pm on Tuesday, June 22, but Aussie shoppers get an extra day to snap up exclusive deals from the global store, which ends at 5pm on Wednesday, June 23.
Shoppers can find bargains to suit any budget, with big brands offering great deals such as Dyson, Nintendo, Samsung, Fitbit, Sony, Foreo, Tefal and more.
The 66-hour sale includes thousands of popular products – including a $239.95 Philips air fryer, a $199 ECOVACS robot vacuum cleaner, $99 Fitbit fitness tracker and a Jamie Oliver five-piece cookware for a fraction of the price.

For a second year in a row, Amazon will feature the ‘Shop Local’ store so customers can support small Australian businesses.
‘We are once again putting them front and centre through our store during one of our busiest times of the year,’ he said.
