New mother Ash Pollard shares a sweet photo of her baby daughter

She welcomed her first child, a girl, last month, and kept the baby’s name a secret for a week.

But as Ash Pollard settles into motherhood, the radio host is gradually sharing more information about little Clementine Abigail Ferne publicly.

She posted her second ever picture of her daughter on Instagram on Tuesday, and revealed in the caption that being a parent was harder than she had anticipated.

‘And just like that, I found 15 minutes to get out of my “this goes with that”, wash and dry my hair and whack on a bit of fake tan,’ the former My Kitchen Rules star captioned her post.

‘No s**t, this gig is hard.’ 

The 34-year-old, who was pictured cradling her newborn in the photo, also shared the product she uses to tame and maintain her curly locks.

‘Water… because I don’t even have time for anything else,’ Ash joked in response to a follower’s question about the upkeep of her hair.

It comes after Ash was spotted going for a stroll with the newborn on October 15.

She cut a casual figure in activewear and wore her face mask pushed down below her chin. 

Ash recently revealed that she’d preserved her baby’s umbilical cord blood and tissue ‘for future use’. 

‘We decided to store Clementine’s cord blood and tissue with @cellcareaustralia for potential future use. An amazing service and a worthwhile investment, juuuuust in case!’ she told her Instagram followers. 

Ash shared her first photo of Clementine on social media on September 25 – several days after the newborn’s arrival on September 21. 

‘She’s here!’ Ash wrote in the caption, announcing the happy news.
