Zac Efron relocated to Australia in March to escape the Covid-19 pandemic, and it looks like he isn’t going home any time soon.
In yet another telling sign the Hollywood heart-throb is here to stay, he recently put his Los Angeles property on the market for $7.8million.
As reported by 9Honey, the High School Musical star, 33, first purchased the four-bedroom house seven years ago for $5.8million.

For those who love cooking, the house includes a gourmet kitchen that leads to a spacious family room where Zac has set up a vintage pinball machine.
Several terraces run the width of the home, with one boasting a circular spa that spills over into a luxurious swimming pool several metres below.

As his LA bachelor pad goes up for sale, Zac is on the other side of the world filming Stan Original movie Gold in the South Australian outback.
He also has another local project in the pipeline, this time produced by his friend Kyle Sandilands.
The radio host, 49, revealed the news on the Mediaweek podcast earlier this month.

He explained that his company, King Kyle Group, had gone into business with an organisation that provides live pets for children’s entertainment.
They are now producing a promotional cartoon based on the animals.
‘Zac Efron is going to be one of the voices, Dannii Minogue will be one of the voices, I’ll do one of the voices,’ said Kyle, who has known Zac for years and attended his birthday party in Byron Bay in October.
‘I’ve got my music guys working on all the kids’ songs, the live shows, merchandise, toys, the cartoons. So there’s a lot going on.’
